I just wallow around

  At the start of this year each of us made resolutions to become musical so that we could realize our dreams of becoming a sassy rockin’ girl band.  Since then progress for me has been slow due to a bad case of instrument A.D.D. and minor commitment issues. However I thought I’d update everyone on how things are going, so I recorded another cover of this silly little song that’s been playing in my head. It’s not really a favorite of mine, which makes ruining it not so bad haha. I started with singing (which Allie would have done if she were here) and playing the piano, then I eyed my brother’s bass and threw sum dat in thurr too. I think I like playing the bass, or at least those three notes on it. Perhaps I’ll have a legitimate go at it, and I’ll work on the whole ‘keeping time’ thang.  Anyways blaaah, here is this and maybe someday we’ll have something original. -mf
